Living-Memorial

Creating Tributes For Those Passed and Living!

About Us

Living-Memorial

Living-Memorial is a platform dedicated to celebrating and honoring the lives of those passed and those still living. Our platform lets you create meaningful memorials with rich and personal tributes through videos, photos, music, documents, timelines, posthumous messages, and dynamic QR Codes.

Organizations and individuals can create an unlimited number of memorials on behalf of others. Creators also have the option to transfer memorial ownership to someone else, if desired at any time. The platform’s enhanced administrative options give you control regarding how memorials are viewed, accessed, and managed. Managing memorials have never been easier because you can have any number of individuals assigned as a co-admin in the updating and tracking of your memorial.

Every Memorial comes with its own unique internet address for public access; however, each memorial can also have its own Dynamic QR Code that bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds. These unique QR Codes can be placed on headstones, memorial plaques, urns, and documents, making memorials instantly accessible with a simple scan from a mobile device. To add a personal touch, users can customize these dynamic QR Codes by changing their color, adding captions, or embedding images. With a minimal one-time fee, QR Codes remain active for the lifetime of the memorial, offering a timeless connection to a loved one’s legacy.

A Supportive Global Community
Living-Memorial.org is more than just a platform, it is a caring global community where members can engage through blogs, forums, groups, and businesses while accessing valuable resources on end-of-life planning, grief support, bereavement management, and more. Whether you are navigating the complexities of planning for loss or coping with grief, our community is here to ensure you are not alone.

Our Story
The idea for Living-Memorial.org was born in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, millions of people could not grieve or honor loved ones in traditional ways due to restrictions on gatherings, funerals, and travel. People turned to digital memorials to celebrate lives, but many existing memorial platforms fell short in being able to capture the depth and character of those we lost.

This downhearted experience inspired the co-founders to develop an innovative social community that would go beyond traditional obituaries. Living-Memorial offers interactive and multimedia features that allow associates, friends, and families to better preserve and share the legacy of loved ones.

Redefining Memorials

At Living-Memorial.org, you can create expressive memorials for loved ones alive and well, pets, or anything deserving of commemoration. Furthermore, when creating a Memorial for oneself, it gives you the opportunity to tell your story in your own words, by your own terms.

If you know little or nothing about your family beyond your grandparents, you are not alone. But imagine future generations feeling the same way about you—unable to trace your life, your story, or your legacy. Without action, you risk becoming just a name lost to time. The key is to start a memorial and let the process take hold. It is less about finishing a story quickly and more about letting a narrative unfold, as told through the recollections of different contributors over time. We make it easy for family, friends, and other connections to contribute to a Memorial’s ever evolving legacy.

Even if you already have an obituary or tribute posted elsewhere, we strongly encourage you to create one on Living-Memorial as well. Many traditional obituary sites are short-lived—removing entries after a year or two, offering only basic details like a name, photo, and brief notice.

We invite you to join our community and explore Living-Memorial.org to see how we are transforming the way we honor, remember, and celebrate life. Together, let us preserve memories and create lasting tributes that can withstand the passage of time.
